Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Article Assistant to support statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other assurance engagements. The role involves assisting senior auditors in planning, execution, and reporting of audits while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, accounting standards, Advisory on Tax and firm policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in statutory, internal, tax, and concurrent audits of clients
Advisory on Tax.
Verify books of accounts, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents
Perform vouching, verification, and reconciliation of financial records
Assist in preparation of audit working papers and documentation
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other applicable laws
Support in preparation of audit reports and observations




Coordinate with clients to collect required information and clarifications
Identify discrepancies, control weaknesses, and report to seniors
Assist in filing of audit-related forms and returns, if required

Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of Accounting Standards (AS/Ind AS)
Understanding of auditing principles and procedures
Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and MS Office
Familiarity with Income Tax and GST laws (preferred)
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment
