Role Description The Area Manager – Pharma Sales will oversee sales operations for the general segment within the Greater Noida territory, ensuring effective coverage and achievement of sales targets. This full time, on-site role in Noida involves planning and executing territory-wise sales strategies, regularly visiting healthcare professionals and institutions,



and promoting the company’s product portfolio. The role includes managing and supporting field sales representatives, monitoring their performance, and providing training and guidance to drive business growth. The Area Manager will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and refine sales approaches. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with company policies, preparing periodic sales reports, ensuring proper documentation, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to support smooth operations.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the general segment and Greater Noida or nearby regions.
