THE COMPANY
KWICK Nutrition is a premium nutrition brand. Our first products are effervescent hydration tablets and multivitamins, and the company is built to extend across nutrition rather than to live inside a single format. The category we are in is premium nutrition. Hydration is simply where we began.
The product was co-created with one of the most decorated athletes this country has produced. The company is founded by Manavaditya Rathore, a three-time national champion in trap shooting, an ISSF World Cup medallist and a Junior Asian champion.

THE ROLE
This is the senior-most marketing seat in the company and it reports directly to the Founder. You will own the brand outright: what it stands for, how it looks and sounds, where it appears, what it costs to acquire a customer and what that customer is worth over their lifetime. You will build the brand system, the team and the operating rhythm from the ground up, and you will own them once built.




You will run marketing as a business function rather than a service function. That means owning a budget, defending a plan, hiring and managing the people and agencies who execute it, and being accountable for commercial outcomes rather than activity.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Social media across all channels. Creative direction, content, publishing and measurement, at materially higher frequency than an agency-led model.
The marketing of our website. Brand language, merchandising, traffic quality, the commercial argument on the page, and first-party data capture.
Packaging and brand identity. Primary packs, monocartons, sampler formats, retail display units, and the brand guidelines as we add SKUs and channels.
Customer acquisition and retention. The full funnel on our own site, held to blended CAC and contribution margin rather than platform-reported ROAS. Subscription, repeat rate and lifetime value. You will design, name and
