We are looking for 2 highly driven Freelance Corporate Sponsorship & Partnership professionals to join our team for Winter Champ Run Series 2026–27.

This is NOT a traditional fixed-salary job.

We are looking for people who already have strong corporate networks and can directly connect with decision-makers across:

• Marketing & Brand Teams
• CSR Teams
• HR & Employee Engagement Teams
• Corporate Communications
• Business Development
• Admin & Procurement

? YOUR ROLE

• Identify and approach potential corporate sponsors
• Leverage your existing corporate network
• Arrange meetings with relevant decision-makers
• Present sponsorship opportunities
• Negotiate and close sponsorship deals
• Maintain follow-ups until successful closure
• Build long-term corporate partnerships

? COMMISSION STRUCTURE

• No Fixed Salary
• 10% Commission on successfully closed sponsorship deals
• Additional Performance-Based Incentives for achieving targets
• Commission is payable on successful deal/payment realization





? WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You should have:
✔️ Strong corporate connections
✔️ Access to Marketing/CSR/HR decision-makers
✔️ Previous experience in sponsorship, sales, partnerships or business development
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔️ A solid follow-up and closing mindset
✔️ Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results

⚠️ IMPORTANT

We are NOT looking for people who only share databases or generate random leads.

We need serious professionals who can open doors, get meetings and CLOSE BUSINESS.
