Role Description Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant looking for your next exciting opportunity? We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate professional with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience to lead implementations across D365 Sales and Customer Service
What You’ll Do:




Own module areas (D365 Sales or D365 Customer Service) within client implementations.
Configure entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and Business Process Flows.
Conduct engaging client workshops and author comprehensive Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
Manage solutions, security roles, queues, routing rules, and support UAT execution.
What We Are Looking For:
4–8 years of hands-on D365 CE implementation experience.
Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and XrmToolBox.
Solid understanding of SLA configuration, dashboards, views, and basic Power BI.
Excellent client-facing, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
Microsoft Certifications (Preferred): MB-210 (D365 Sales) and/or MB-230 (D365 Customer Service).
