Role Description The Sales Executive role at Rich Realtor is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Sales Executive will prospect and qualify leads, conduct property presentations and site visits,



and manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. The position involves building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, developers, and investors, while understanding client requirements and recommending suitable luxury, commercial, or land investment options. The Sales Executive will prepare proposals, negotiate terms, coordinate documentation, and ensure a seamless, secure transaction experience. The role also includes tracking market trends, staying updated on emerging destinations and smart city projects, and collaborating with leadership to meet sales targets and contribute to strategic growth.
Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales or high-value consulting, with the ability to understand luxury and investment property segments.
Strong client relationship management skills, including active listening, needs analysis, and long-term account handling.
