About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our Engineering team and drive the development of intelligent automation platforms, internal engineering tools, and AI-powered productivity solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, workflow automation, AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise system integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable automation solutions, agentic AI applications, developer productivity tools, and intelligent assistants that improve operational efficiency across engineering and business functions. You will partner with engineering, platform, DevOps, and business teams to identify automation opportunities and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain internal platforms, tools,



and automation solutions to improve engineering productivity.
Build agentic AI applications capable of reasoning, planning, task execution, and decision-making.
Develop intelligent assistants using AI, machine learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Create workflow automation solutions leveraging APIs, event-driven architectures, and orchestration frameworks.
Build developer productivity tools for testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support.
Design and develop scalable backend services supporting enterprise automation initiatives.
Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and internal systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify repetitive processes and automate manual activities.
Measure automation effectiveness through productivity, efficiency, and operational metrics.
Establish best practices for software quality, reliability, security, maintainability
