Role Overview:
Develop apartment interiors in Blender based on CAD plans and internal guidelines. You will model accurately, place assets as per standards, and use basic Unity to generate outputs using our tools/workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Create 3D architectural models in Blender using CAD drawings, references, and project standards.
• Model exterior with clean topology and accurate dimensions.
• Optimize models for rendering/walkthrough pipelines.
• Maintain correct scale and architectural accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams for clean handovers and deliverable structure.
• Implement revisions based on feedback.
• Follow internal modeling standards, naming conventions, and workflow steps.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years professional experience in 3D architectural modeling (or similar).
• Strong Blender skills: modeling, modifiers, UVs, topology, materials; basic scripting a plus.
• Confident CAD reading (plans/layout/dimensions).
