Role Description As an Admission Counsellor at Universal Group of Institutions, you will work on-site at the Bengaluru campus in a full time capacity. You will engage with prospective students and families, provide detailed information about programs and integrated coaching offerings,



and guide them through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment. Daily activities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to phone, email, and in-person queries, organizing campus visits, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. You will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support admission events, outreach activities, and follow-up communication. The role also involves meeting admission targets, sharing feedback from applicants, and contributing to a positive, student-focused admission experience.
