Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Indore. The Sales Manager will lead and grow the sales team, oversee daily sales operations, and drive revenue across brokerage, leasing, and home loan offerings. Responsibilities include generating and managing leads, nurturing client relationships, conducting property consultations, and ensuring a high-quality advisory experience throughout the sales cycle.



The role also involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance, preparing reports, coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders, and supporting strategic initiatives to expand the firm’s market presence. The Sales Manager is expected to maintain strong local market knowledge and uphold Alaya Realty’s standards of transparency and client-centric decision-making.

Qualifications
3 - 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or related advisory roles, preferably in residential or commercial property markets.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and deal closing, with the ability to guide clients through complex property and financing decisions.
Experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
