About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive who will manage vendor payments, invoice processing, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounts payable activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vendor management along with positive knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS compliance

Key Responsibilities:
Handle e-commerce accounting, including sales, returns, settlements & receivables reconciliation.
Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime – sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals & ledgers.




Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, ITC, RCM & GST TCS.
Prepare E-Invoices & E-Way Bills and resolve related issues.
Manage TDS compliance, returns & reconciliation.
Handle Accounts Receivable & Payable, vendor/customer reconciliation & ageing.
Support manufacturing accounting, inventory, purchases & sales.
Coordinate with GST, TDS & audit consultants.
Identify and resolve accounting and reconciliation discrepancies.
