Role Description The ERP Upsell role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role,



the team member will identify upsell opportunities within existing enterprise and society accounts, analyze usage patterns, and recommend appropriate ERP modules or feature enhancements to maximize value. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers through calls, meetings, and demos; explaining product capabilities and pricing; preparing proposals; and coordinating with sales, implementation, and product teams to ensure smooth upgrades. The role involves tracking upsell pipelines, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, monitoring performance against targets, and sharing customer feedback to improve ERP offerings. The team member will also collaborate with finance and operations to support contract renewals, billing alignment, and revenue forecasting.
