Title: Master trainer
Domain Expertise:
· Strong capability to teach computer fundamentals, including hardware/software distinctions, basic troubleshooting, and types of computing devices
· Deep understanding of operating system navigation, file management, and safe installation/uninstallation of software
· Solid command over MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including document formatting, formulas and charts, and presentation design best practices
· Ability to teach data awareness fundamentals, including types of data, sources of data, data visualization, and the role of data in AI systems
· Applied experience using AI productivity tools within Office applications (Copilot for formulas, reports, and summarization) and Generative AI tools for writing and presentation design

Experience Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience as a technical/digital literacy trainer specializing in computer fundamentals, MS Office productivity tools, internet & digital safety, data awareness, and AI/Generative AI applications.

Educational Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.Tech), any discipline
