Role Description
The Dynamics 365 Field Service & Power Platform Specialist will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting and improving CFTG's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Power Platform workplace.
The primary focus of the role is to ensure that Dynamics 365 Field Service remains reliable and effective for field and office users. The successful candidate will investigate and resolve issues involving work orders, bookings, forms, mobile applications, data synchronisation, permissions, workflows and system integrations.




The role will also develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power BI solutions to automate processes, improve data quality and provide better operational reporting.
A key responsibility will be integrating Dynamics 365 with other business systems as required. This may involve Power Automate, Dataverse connectors, REST APIs, webhooks or other appropriate integration technologies. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot integrations and identify whether problems originate within Dynamics, Power Platform, an API, data, permissions or another connected system.
The role requires someone who can take ownership of technical issues from initial investigation through to resolution, while working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
