Sikich is seeking a Network Administrator responsible for administering, managing, and securing the companies network and infrastructure across India and US operations. This is a hands-on, infrastructure-focused role that maintains local infrastructure in India while providing support to US-based systems. The role requires a deep command of on-premises network environments, Windows Server, Entra ID and Azure cloud infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for critical outages and alerts, triaging and resolving issues with a sense of urgency.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues including switches, routers, firewalls,



and VPNs.
Diagnose network hardware problems and coordinate repair or replacement as needed.
Configure and maintain network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN systems.
Support Windows Server environments including basic administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Test network connectivity, validate configurations, and perform network diagnostics.
Monitor network device logs and alert systems to identify and respond to issues proactively.
Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and resolutions for knowledge base and audit purposes.
Provide incident response and coordination with other departments and external vendors when necessary.
Perform routine network maintenance activities and device health checks.
Maintain and update network documentation and device configurations.
Install, configure, and setup network equipment including cabling, switches, routers,
