Role Description The Sales Manager role at Bajaj Life is a full-time, hybrid position based in Pratapgarh, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.



The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of insurance sales consultants, setting and monitoring sales targets, and driving business growth within the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, supporting branch-level initiatives, conducting market analysis, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
