Job Overview:

We are looking for a energetic and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in ANY of the following fields:

Commercials Leasing’s including Office Space and Coworking
Warehouse/ Factory Land
Pre-Rented Commercial Properties or Investment Properties

As the Sales Manager for Hub and Oak,



you will be responsible for leading sales and purchase initiatives, leveraging your expertise in Delhi's real estate market. Your role will involve not only closing successful transactions but also actively engaging in market surveys to identify prime properties for potential buyers. You will also be required to network with clients and developers and leverage your networks for deal making. You will also be given the tools to generate your own sales funnel and pipeline through aggregators like 99acres.
Work Experience: 3 years plus, + have completed Min 10-15 successful independent transactions
Fixed Salary – Fixed as per Market plus
Variable Salary – Incentive variable depending on deal closure
Conveyance – Conveyance will payable by the company for client visits
