Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based at the Dindigul branch of CARE De-addiction and Psychiatric Treatment Centre.



The Nurse will provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing de-addiction and psychiatric treatment, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications as prescribed, and assisting with medical and therapeutic procedures. Responsibilities include observing and documenting patient progress, supporting counselling and therapeutic activities, and responding to emergencies in coordination with medical and psychiatric professionals. The Nurse will help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment, educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to ethical and professional standards, and contributing to relapse prevention and rehabilitation programs.
