Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Chennai. The Salesperson will identify and engage prospective customers, present RozaliyaLube’s lubricant products, and explain their benefits and technical features. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound and outbound sales calls, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales opportunities. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients,



coordinating with operations and logistics teams for timely deliveries, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. The Salesperson will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and participate in promotional activities to support brand growth in the region.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
Basic technical understanding of automotive and industrial lubricants, machinery, and equipment applications, or willingness to learn.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Solid organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills, including accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Previous experience in B2B or industrial product sales is preferred; lubricant or automotive industry experience is a plus.
