Role Description The F&B; Steward is a full-time, in office role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for supporting all food and beverage operations across restaurants, banquets, and events, ensuring that service areas, utensils, and equipment are clean, well-organized, and ready for use.



Day-to-day tasks include setting up service stations, polishing and arranging cutlery and glassware, assisting in buffet and event setups, and replenishing supplies during service. The F&B; Steward works closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain hygiene standards, follow safety procedures, and promptly respond to guest and operational needs. The role also involves adhering to resort service standards, minimizing waste, and contributing to a smooth and efficient guest experience during peak events and daily operations.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and collaborate effectively with team members.
Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge to support restaurant, banquet, and event operations in line with quality and hygiene standards.
Training and development mindset, with the ability to learn resort procedures and participate
