The Presales Associate will support the sales and solution teams in understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, coordinating solution inputs, and developing presentations and other sales-support materials.
This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates who are interested in technology, consulting, business analysis, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, technical consultants, delivery teams, product specialists, and commercial teams to support the development of relevant and competitive solutions for prospective customers.

Notice Period - Immediate to 45 days only.

Responsibilities
1. Customer Requirement Analysis:
Assist in understanding customer business requirements, challenges, and expected outcomes. Review Requests for Proposal, Requests for Information, and other customer documents.
Identify key requirements, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and response deadlines.
Support the preparation of clarification questions for customers.
Document customer requirements in a structured format.

Proposal and Bid Support:
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with solution architects, delivery teams, finance, legal, and sales teams to collect proposal inputs.
Maintain proposal templates, case studies, company profiles, and supporting documents.
Ensure that proposal responses are complete, consistent, professionally formatted, and submitted within the required timeline.
Assist in maintaining version control and approval records for proposals.
3. Solution Development Support:
Work with technical and functional experts to understand the proposed solution.
Assist in documenting solution scope, implementation approach, project timelines, resource requirements, assumptions, exclusions, and dependencies.
Support the development of high-level solution diagrams, process flows, and delivery models.
