Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead day-to-day fulfillment operations, including transport planning, carrier coordination, order validation, and fulfillment execution.
? Allocate work and manage operational queues to ensure adherence to SLA, productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
? Supervise the complete fulfillment process, from order onboarding and validation through execution and delivery coordination.
? Manage, coach, and mentor team members while driving performance management, employee engagement, and capability development.
? Review fulfillment outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, quality standards, and audit readiness.
? Act as the primary escalation point for operational, logistics, carrier, and fulfillment-related issues.
? Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring operational issues and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
? Govern and ensure adherence to training programs, work instructions,



standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process guidelines.
? Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, continuous improvement, and change management.
? Monitor freight audits, carrier performance, logistics KPIs, delivery performance, and cost trends.
? Work closely with internal teams, logistics partners, carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
? Participate in client meetings, operational reviews, and service governance discussions.
? Prepare and present dashboards, MIS reports, operational metrics, and performance updates to management and other stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Graduate in any discipline.
✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Operations Management.
