Role Description This full-time Homecare Nurse role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru, providing professional nursing care in patients’ homes under established clinical guidelines. The nurse will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage wound care, monitor vital signs, and document care accurately in line with organizational protocols. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, educating patients and caregivers on treatment plans and preventive care, and supporting post-surgery, post-hospital discharge, and chronic care management. The role also involves maintaining infection control standards, ensuring safe use of medical equipment at home, and responding promptly to changes in patient condition. The nurse is expected to deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive care while upholding Apollo’s quality and safety standards.
