ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Retail Leasing Manager – North India to lead business development, tenant representation and retail leasing transactions across Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir.

This is a full time office-and-field role based at our main office in Jalandhar, Punjab, with regular travel across North India. It is an execution-led position for a professional who is transparent about pipeline status, responds quickly, follows through without repeated supervision and stays constructive under pressure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of retailer, developer, landlord and property-owner relationships.
• Originate brand-expansion,



tenant-representation and retail-leasing mandates.
• Achieve agreed revenue, mandate-acquisition and transaction-closure targets.
• Translate brand requirements into actionable city, micro-market, size, frontage, access and commercial criteria.
• Source and qualify high-street, mall, standalone, highway and destination-retail opportunities.
• Conduct catchment, competition, adjacency, rental and occupancy-cost analysis.
• Prepare property comparisons, market reports, presentations, proposals and leasing recommendations.
• Arrange and lead site inspections with brand and property stakeholders.
• Manage transactions from requirement discovery and site shortlisting through LOI, negotiation, documentation, handover and closure.
• Negotiate rent, CAM, deposits, escalation, lock-in, fit-out periods, rent-free periods and other commercial terms.
