About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Head of Business Development to support the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting enquiries into successful business opportunities. This role will be responsible for developing new business across our range of industrial storage and engineering solutions, including Liquid Storage Tanks, Grain Storage Silos, GFS Tanks, Material Handling Systems, and customized steel storage solutions.
Success in this position will be measured by the ability to build a solid business pipeline, develop quality client relationships, generate new opportunities, and contribute to the company's overall business growth. The role will work closely with the Design, Engineering, Project, and Management teams and will involve occasional client meetings and visits as required.
Responsibilites:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in relevant industries and markets.
Research potential clients, projects, and market opportunities aligned with the company's products and services.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal Design and Engineering teams to develop suitable solutions and proposals.
Manage the business development process from initial enquiry through follow-ups, proposal submission, commercial discussions, and order closure.
Maintain an updated business pipeline and regularly track the status of enquiries and opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely preparation and submission of quotations, proposals, and other required information.
Conduct client meetings and occasional visits to understand requirements, develop relationships, and support business opportunities.
