Job Description – Digital Marketing Intern
Company: Ashwini Finance Pvt. Ltd.
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on skills, experience, and performance)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays off)
Location: Pune, Kharadi, City Vista, A Wing, 5th Floor
About the Role
Ashwini Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support the company’s digital marketing initiatives, social media presence, content creation, online campaigns, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
Create, plan, and publish engaging marketing content, posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials.
Be the face of the company on social media by appearing in reels, videos, and other digital content to effectively communicate brand messages.
Assist in developing creative concepts, content ideas, and scripts for social media campaigns.




Support lead generation activities through digital marketing channels.
Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
Monitor social media performance and assist in preparing basic performance reports.
Assist with website content, blogs, and other digital communication as required.
Support the team in improving the company’s online visibility and brand awareness.
Skills & Requirements
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and social media.
Comfortable appearing on camera for social media reels and videos.
Basic knowledge of Canva and other content creation tools is preferred.
Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
