BBM is looking for an energetic and result-oriented On-Field OOH Marketing Executive to drive business for our Outdoor & OOH advertising solutions.
The role involves meeting businesses, agencies, brands, and potential clients, pitching BBM’s OOH media inventory, generating leads, and converting them into campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Visit potential clients and businesses on a regular basis.
Generate current leads for OOH advertising campaigns.
Pitch BBM’s billboards, hoardings and outdoor media solutions.
Meet marketing teams, business owners and advertising agencies.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable media locations.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with the internal media and sales team.
Maintain regular client follow-ups and relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.





Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client meetings.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Prior experience in OOH, advertising, media sales, real estate, telecom, FMCG or B2B sales will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹25,000/month + attractive performance-based incentives.
