Role Description
The Senior Architect is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.



The role involves leading architectural projects from concept development through detailed design, documentation, coordination, and execution.
The Senior Architect will oversee project planning, manage timelines and deliverables, coordinate with engineering and construction teams, and guide junior architects and designers in maintaining high standards of design and documentation.
Key responsibilities include meeting clients to understand project requirements, developing design concepts and proposals, preparing presentations and detailed drawings, reviewing site conditions, coordinating with structural and MEP consultants, and ensuring that designs meet functional, aesthetic, regulatory, technical, and sustainability requirements.
