Idiotic Media is a fast-growing digital media company known for its edgy and viral content. We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Gurugram team and get hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Support sourcing efforts through various channels like job portals, social media, and networking.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
HR Operations
Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Support employee record management and documentation.




Help coordinate employee engagement activities and office operations.
Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:
Graduate in related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities.
Prior internship or exposure to recruitment is a plus.
