Role Description The Travel Consultant role is a full-time, in office position based in Tiruppur. In this role, the consultant manages day-to-day travel inquiries, advises customers on destinations, routes, and travel options, and prepares customized itineraries based on client preferences and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, transportation,



and tours; handling reservations and booking confirmations; and providing timely customer support before, during, and after travel. The consultant maintains accurate records of bookings, communicates clearly with vendors and clients, and helps resolve travel-related issues to ensure a smooth, satisfying experience for travelers.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and plan complete travel solutions.
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for transport, accommodation, and related services.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, understand their needs, and resolve concerns.
