Role Overview:




The HVAC Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed HVAC shop drawings,
coordinated layouts, and as-built drawings for commercial and industrial projects. The role
requires robust drafting expertise, knowledge of HVAC systems, and close coordination with
design engineers, BIM teams, and site execution teams to ensure drawings are accurate,
coordinated, and execution-ready.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
HVAC Drafting & Drawing Preparation:
• Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings based on approved design drawings and
specifications
• Develop ducting layouts, chilled water piping layouts, equipment room layouts, and
coordination drawings
• Prepare HVAC schematics, isometric drawings, riser diagrams, and sectional details
• Modify and update drawings based on design revisions and site requirements
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site measurements and execution changes
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and consu
