The Global Supply Organization is a multi-continental Function that comprises of the entire Value Chain from product conceptualization to delivery to the commercial front. Location: Jejuri, Pune with frequent travel to Nigeria as required

Role & responsibilities
Overall responsible as the Section Head of the Capsule Department.
Production planning, monitoring, and achievement of production targets.
Ensure implementation and compliance with GMP and cGMP requirements.
Review and approval of production documentation.
Identify and resolve operational constraints to improve productivity.
Provide on-the-job training to staff and workers.
Conduct process cycle time analysis and process optimization.
Prepare and present monthly MIS reports.
