Founded in 2011, on the sole thesis that real estate needed to be done di?erently in India, Tribeca is a

contemporary and vibrant real estate brand that brought the Trump Organization to India and pioneered

the concept of branded residences. We have 5 projects and over 4 million square feet of projects under

development with a gross sale value of over INR 5,500 cr. We also have a INR 500 Cr. housing platform tieup

with HDFC for the development of mid income projects, which puts us right in the league of the most

trusted and valuable developer brands of our time. With a bunch of incredibly talented, hungry, bright and

passionate folks on the team: IIT, IIM, Wharton and SPA toppers, industry stalwarts, we are looking to

Role: Manager/ Sr Manager – Luxury Real Estate

What We Are Looking For

 Proven track record with medium to large real estate developers.

 Experience in closing residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use projects.

 High lead-to-closing conversion ratio.





 Expertise in direct sales, channel partners, corporate sales, and referral networks.

 Strong understanding of government policies, real estate transaction procedures, and RERA

regulations.

Who You Are

 Master’s degree from a reputed management institute.

 12+ years of experience in direct sales, with at least 3+ years in premium/luxury real estate.

 Successful track record in selling luxury properties (INR 4 Cr+ segment).

 Prior experience with a high-volume real estate organization.

 A hands-on leader who is highly analytical and detail-oriented.

 Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.

 Solid ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

 Proficiency in managing the sales process from planning to closing.

 Deep industry knowledge and business acumen.

 Excellent relationship-building, time management, and planning skills.
