Role Description
The Recruiter Intern (Mumbai Agency)



role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The intern will support the recruitment process for creative and corporate roles within the agency, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining candidate databases, drafting job postings, communicating with applicants, and assisting with scheduling and interview logistics. The intern will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, help build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. This role offers exposure to the media and production industry, with opportunities to learn recruitment best practices and support HR-related administrative tasks.
