Role Description The Sales Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves designing, delivering, and updating sales training programs for new and existing team members, with a focus on travel products and services. The Sales Trainer will conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and role-plays to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards. Daily responsibilities include assessing training needs, preparing training materials and presentations,



monitoring performance improvements, and providing coaching and feedback to sales staff. The role also requires collaboration with sales leadership to align training with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across the team.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Training and Training & Development skills to design and deliver effective sales learning programs.
Candidates should possess excellent Presentation Skills to conduct engaging workshops and training sessions.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to model best practices and guide sales teams in client interactions.
