The Opportunity:

The Assistant Resort Manager will work closely with the Resort leadership team and will be expected to take charge of the day-to-day operations of the entire resort, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience and operational delivery reflects Postcard's standards of luxury and excellence.

We are looking for someone who sees opportunities, takes initiative, solves problems independently, and has the confidence and maturity to make decisions on the ground.





Key Responsibilities:
Own the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring seamless functioning across departments.
Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised luxury guest experience.
Lead, coach, and motivate teams to consistently deliver high service standards.
Be hands-on and visible, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.
Ensure strong coordination across Rooms, F&B;, Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Recreation, Spa, and other functions.
Build a culture of ownership, accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Monitor guest feedback, operational performance, service standards, and commercial outcomes.
Take charge during challenges with calm, decisive leadership.
Build strong relationships with guests, teams, local communities, and destination partners.
Create authentic guest experiences rooted in the resort's natural surroundings and destination.
