Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Immigration Sales Consultant for our Bengaluru office.
This is a target-driven sales role focused on client counselling, lead conversion, sales closure, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle leads and understand client requirements.
Counsel clients on suitable immigration and job search programs.
Have positive knowledge of Canada PR, Australia PR, Visit Visas, Germany Opportunity Card, Work Visas, etc.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and objections.




Maintain CRM records and coordinate with the process team after conversion.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in immigration sales, recruitment, or a similar sales role.
Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good understanding of immigration and overseas job services.
Target-oriented and confident in dealing with clients.
Willing to work full-time from our Bengaluru office.
