Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Aesthetic Dermatologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns while performing advanced cosmetic dermatology procedures. The role requires excellent clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient outcomes and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
Conduct detailed consultations for skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns.
Diagnose dermatological conditions and recommend evidence-based treatment plans.
Perform aesthetic procedures including:
Botox
Dermal Fillers
Thread Lift
PRP/GFC Therapy
Chemical Peels
Microneedling
Laser Hair Reduction
Pigmentation Treatments
Acne & Acne Scar Management
Skin Rejuvenation Procedures
Anti-aging Treatments




Perform and supervise laser procedures while ensuring patient safety.
Maintain complete patient documentation, treatment records, consent forms, and clinical notes.
Monitor treatment progress and provide post-procedure follow-up care.
Handle medical emergencies related to dermatological and aesthetic procedures, if required.
Patient Care
Build strong relationships with patients through ethical and transparent consultations.
Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, aftercare, and skincare routines.
Ensure high patient satisfaction through excellent clinical outcomes and communication.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with medical ethics.
Quality & Compliance
Follow clinic SOPs, infection control protocols, and safety guidelines.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of lasers and aesthetic devices.
Adhere to NABH/clinical quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement init
