About the Role
We are looking for a Market Research & Business Development Intern who is comfortable speaking to people, making calls, conducting research, and collecting market insights.

This is not a technical role. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, confidence in speaking with new people, and a genuine interest in understanding markets, businesses, and customer behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls and primary research calls with businesses, potential customers, and industry participants.
Gather market information through structured conversations and surveys.
Understand customer needs, market gaps, and business challenges.
Conduct online and secondary market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Build and maintain research databases, lead lists, and relevant market information.
Support the team in identifying potential business opportunities and leads.
Assist in preparing research summaries and presenting key findings.
Work closely with the business and growth teams on different market research projects.




Who We Are Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people on a daily basis.
Good research and analytical abilities.
Ability to ask the right questions and collect meaningful information.
Basic understanding of business, sales, and market research.
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and conducting online research.
Self-driven, curious, and willing to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background
Candidates from BBA, MBA, B.Com, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or similar non-technical backgrounds will be preferred.
Freshers and candidates looking to build a career in business development, market research, sales, strategy, or growth are encouraged to apply.
