Role Description The Sales Manager role at StayBird Hospitality is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.



The Sales Manager is responsible for driving room, banquet, and long-stay revenue across the company’s portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, managing key corporate accounts, and nurturing relationships with travel partners and event organizers. Daily activities include prospecting and cold outreach, conducting sales visits and property show-arounds, preparing proposals, negotiating rates and contracts, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in CRM tools. The role also involves collaborating with operations, front office, and marketing teams to deliver seamless guest experiences, supporting promotions, and providing regular performance reports and market insights to leadership.
