About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure across the complete employee lifecycle.
This role will have a strong focus on recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and employee lifecycle management. The intern will work closely with the HR team and business stakeholders and will get practical exposure to how HR operates in a fast-paced startup environment.
The ideal candidate should be organized, energetic, comfortable communicating with people, and willing to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Support the HR team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions.
Understand hiring requirements and assist in preparing and posting job descriptions across relevant platforms.
Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions as required.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Support offer rollout, candidate documentation, and pre-joining coordination.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

2. Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
Support the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including documentation, joining formalities, induction, and coordination with relevant teams.
