Key Responsibilities:
Connecting with potential clients and understanding their service requirements across legal and professional domains.
Contacting leads, qualifying their requirements, and matching them with suitable professionals.
Contacting professionals and scheduling meetings or consultations with clients as required.
Managing client communication professionally and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Coordinating between clients and professionals to ensure timely responses and successful service delivery.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to improve retention and repeat business.
Maintaining lead and client records, follow-up schedules, and conversion updates.

Requirements:
• Education:



Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
field.
• Communication Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.apple
• Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who is eager to learn and can take the initiative in a fast-paced
environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (internships or
part-time work experience considered).
• Familiarity with CRM software and business tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft
Office.
