Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge Acquisition: Learn and develop a thorough understanding of the products and solutions offered by the company, including their features, perks, use cases, and target markets.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Client Interaction:
Support and shadow senior consultants in engaging with clients to discover their business challenges and technical needs.
Proposal and Quote Preparation: Assist in preparing customized proposals, quotes, and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses based on the client’s specific requirements by aligning product benefits with customer needs and demonstrating ROI and value.
CRM Management: Accurately document all sales activities, including lead generation, qualifications, client interactions, and deal progress into the company’s CRM software virtueBox.
Lead Generation: Research potential customers using tools like LinkedIn, company websites, and market reports to identify decision-makers. Also, reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media for lead generation.
Customer Engagement: Participate in client meetings and assist in building and nurturing relationships
