As a Technical Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for:
Learning and gaining in depth experience in Akamai's Guardicore Segmentation, zero trust network security.
Working as a trusted support partner to resolve customer questions and issues.
Owning the problem resolution and collaborating with internal teams.
Leading investigations on Akamai's Guardicore Segmentation and Zero Trust product for customers.
Analyzing existing technical issues on Akamai's Guardicore Segmentation,



Zero Trust product, proposing solutions to prevent issues.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 4+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Have experience providing technical solutions & support to B2B customers.
Have knowledge of the technologies: Linux Operating System (Mandatory), Basic Networking, Virtualization, Cloud Technologies.
Have high availability and a responsiveness mindset.
Have Basic knowledge of any Scripting Languages like Bash, PowerShell, and Python
