As we scale, we're looking for an HR Generalist who can drive end-to-end recruitment while owning core HR operations and employee lifecycle processes — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and enjoys building HR from the ground up alongside leadership.

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy HR Generalist with solid recruitment capabilities who can manage end-to-end hiring while supporting HR operations, employee engagement, and people processes.




This role requires someone hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, collaborating closely with leadership and business teams.

Requirements
1. Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and exit processes.
