Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangaluru for an EPCM Project Lead. The EPCM Project Lead will oversee and manage end-to-end engineering, procurement, and construction management projects with an emphasis on timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost optimization. Responsibilities include multiple project planning, managing cross-functional teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards,



and reporting on project performance to relevant parties.

Qualification:
· Master’s Degree in Project Management or MBA (Preferred)
· Minimum 8–10 years in senior leadership roles
· Proven experience handling EPC/EPCM projects > ₹300 Cr
· Experience Sector:
o GC Companies (Interior Fit Out / R&D; Infra structure on Turnkey)
o PMC
