Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Marketing & Sales to lead field sales operations, manage the sales team, achieve targets, and drive business growth.

Location : Ghaziabad | Ludhiana | Hyderabad | Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the field sales team to achieve targets.
Expand the retail, distributor, and mechanic network.
Drive aftermarket sales and identify new business opportunities.
Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and mechanics.
Monitor team performance, market coverage, and sales activities.
Conduct joint market visits and coach team members.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and promotions.
Prepare regular sales and market reports.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Team Leadership / Field Sales.
Experience in Lubricants, Automotive Aftermarket, or related industries preferred.
Robust experience in retail sales, distributor management, and channel development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
