About the Role
Alchemist Marketing Solutions is looking for a Paid Media & Executive Assistant who can support the execution and management of paid media campaigns while also assisting senior management with day-to-day coordination and administrative responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers, campaign data, internal teams and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Assist in planning, executing and monitoring paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
Support campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding and optimisation.
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
Track campaign spends and ensure budgets are monitored regularly.
Prepare campaign reports and performance summaries.




Analyse campaign data and highlight key observations and opportunities.
Coordinate with creative and internal teams for campaign assets and deliverables.
Assist in implementing optimisation recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Executive Assistance
Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to senior management.
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments and scheduling.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, presentations and reports when required.
Maintain trackers, documents and key records.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management.
Follow up on pending tasks, deliverables and action items.
Assist with travel arrangements, meetings and other administrative requirements as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Paid Media
