Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will lead and manage civil engineering projects, overseeing planning, design, and execution from concept to completion. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves coordinating with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing design drawings, calculations,



and technical documentation; performing site inspections; and resolving engineering issues during construction. The Senior Civil Engineer will also support project planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation, while mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices in civil engineering.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply core engineering principles to complex projects.
Proficiency in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource management, and documentation.
Knowledge and experience in Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design.
Experience leading and collaborating with Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary project teams.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Relevant qualified experience in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in urban environments such as Bengaluru.
Familiarity with local building codes, standar
