We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Identify and engage potential clients for residential, commercial, and office interior projects.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior design solutions.
Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations in coordination with the design team.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients,



architects, builders, and corporate partners.
Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Negotiate pricing and close sales while achieving monthly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Valuable understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Ability to generate and convert leads independently.
Basic knowledge of furniture, modular interiors, or interior design is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
